As per the EN17353 Type B3 – Equipment for the torso or the torso and limbs:
Any gap in the lengthwise continuity of the retroreflective material shall not be greater than 50 mm, measured parallel to the direction of the material, and the total of such gaps shall not be greater than 100 mm around the torso. Any offset not greater than the width of the material plus 5 mm is allowed.
reflective vests must have 360-degree reflectivity, meaning that reflective materials should be present on the front, back, left, and right sides of the body, with no gaps exceeding 5cm. Unfortunately, many reflective harnesses available in the market today have buckles with dimensions larger than 5cm, rendering them non-compliant with the standard.
To address this issue, we have redesigned our reflective harnesses to feature buckles that are smaller than 5cm, ensuring that our product is fully compliant with the CE EN17353:2020 standard. Our reflective harnesses are designed to keep you visible and safe, whether you are out for a nighttime jog or working in low-light conditions.
At our company, we take safety seriously, and we understand the importance of complying with industry standards. Our reflective harnesses are made with high-quality materials and are built to last, providing you with the peace of mind you need when it comes to your safety.
Don’t compromise on safety – choose our EN17353:2020 Type B3-compliant reflective harness and stay visible and protected in any low-light situation.
