the EN17353 standard needs higher reflection than EN13356, so we need to use a new reflective material for the new regulation.
We have 2 kinds of reflective PVC material for CE EN17353:2020 reflectors.
1, EN17353 Reflective material – the snow pattern is as below:
SNYEL is for the yellow material and SNWHT is for the silver material
here we can see how big the snow pattern is for the material.
the below photo shows the soft reflector in 5cm.
2, EN17353 Reflective material -the line pattern is as below:
the space for lines is 1cm.
LIYEL is for the yellow material and LIWHT is for the silver material
below is the reflective slap wrap CE EN13356 standard, the size is 4.5X42cm (reflective area fits for EN17353:2020 type B2 min. area requirement).
the 3M Scotchlite reflective vinyl can be also an option, but since 3M no more produces it, we only can use the ones in stock. so it will not be a long-term way.
